Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a gentle, non-surgical therapy designed to relieve pressure on the spine and surrounding nerves. Using a specialized decompression table, controlled traction is applied to carefully stretch the spine. This process helps reduce pressure within the discs, promote the movement of oxygen and nutrients into the affected area, reduce joint inflammation and support the body’s natural healing process.

Spinal decompression may help with conditions such as herniated or bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, osteoarthritis spinal stenosis, chronic low back or neck pain, and radiating arm or leg pain. By reducing pressure on irritated nerves and improving spinal function, many patients experience decreased pain, improved mobility, and better overall comfort.
